Everything looked today at the appointment. Blood pressure good, urine test good, heartbeat good. The doctor said I'm about 1 to 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced, but I still have a little while to go. Well, we'll see about that; After this weekend I'm going to go on a fast paced 2 mile walk each day until I go into labor. That's the plan, and it will work...
